Donation Request Information
Although I would love to fulfill every request for a donation, due to the volume of requests received, I am simply not able to do so as a small business. If I am able to donate to your event I will contact you as soon as a decision has been made. If I am unable to participate for your current event, please feel free to submit a request for future events.
Please include as much information about the event as possible, information such as: date of event, place event will take place, purpose of event, coordinator of event, tax ID number, address, phone number & email address for correspondence. Donation requests are reviewed at the end of the month so please allow plenty of time prior to your event for ample consideration.

Cancellation Policy
12 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you’re unable to give 12 hours’ notice, you will be charged $50 for each appointment reservation. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you have a Gift Certificate, the $50 fee still applies. In the event that you either forget, or consciously choose to forgo an appointment for whatever reason, it will be considered a “no call/no-show”. Please understand that you will then be charged the FULL amount for the missed appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.
